“I contacted Andrea after nearly 3 years of being in a rut. It finally came to a head after Thanksgiving when I couldn't look at myself in the mirror any longer without feeling an incredible amount of shame. “Before starting with Andrea in November 2015 I followed a strict paleo diet. I was previously very overweight and paleo helped me shed some of this weight but it following this way of eating I could never get lean (being lean with abs was always my dream). I then convinced myself that I would never get any leaner than I was and that having abs was not part of my genetics.


Following the paleo diet was very restrictive on the types of foods I could eat which led to me cutting carbs, sugar & dairy out of my day to day diet and binging on the "forbidden" foods when it was my cheat meals. All in all I had an unhealthy relationship with food as well picking up health issues like high cholesterol.


Andrea taught me that there are no evil foods and also how to eat the correct amount of food for my size, weight & activity level. The thing I liked the most was that Andrea could back everything he told me to do with scientific evidence. My relationship with food is now great. I'm lighter, leaner & stronger than I have ever been. At the age of 37 I am the healthiest I have ever been and I have the abs I always wanted.

“My husband first started with Andrea as his coach in 2015. I was not convinced as I thought there was so much admin having to weigh food and count macros. I was totally not interested. But when I saw him losing weight, and getting in shape I got curious and thought - maybe this could work for me too? I always thought cutting out bread and carbs would help me lose weight, and carbs are bad. When I saw him eating all these carbs and not picking up weight - I thought - this is too good to be true. I decided to start with Andrea in July 2016. I had nothing to lose - just weight and centimetres 😄. I always knew I was slightly overweight, but never did I think 10kgs. This is what Andrea told me on my first check in and when I completed my forms. 10kgs! How was I supposed to lose 10kgs?? Joining Andrea was the best thing I ever did. “Hi Andrea, I don't even know where to start. I started your program with no high expectations. I have been struggling to lose some extra fat specially around my belly area. I go to the gym 6x a week and I thought I was eating "healthy" but nothing worked out. I tried low carb diet, low fat diet, high fat diet you name it, NOTHING WORKED! I tried just really not eating at all for a day or two but it was not sustainable, I end up binge eating. I love food and my family bonding revolves around food - I mean I visit my family every weekend and my mom and I bond over home cooked meals. “Thank you for the thoughtful reply. I am laughing a little bit at myself, because my cycle started today. I have told you before I am still learning my body in terms of my cycle, and this time the only thing that showed was moodiness and not feeling perfect with the process, or how my life is going.


It's so hard to gauge everything because my cycle I hadn't had for 15 years, new medication, and this constant pressure I put on myself for being perfect.I think I look at your clients and think woah they must do everything perfect every week, putting in the work, and after hearing your reply, that just isn't true. We can't always be perfect, and you are right this isn't a linear process.


Some positive things I am focusing on


1. I am not emotionally eating

2. I am not binging

3. I have not gained significant amount of weight/fat in this process

4. I now know my hunger cues (this is huge) I eat when I am hungry, and I stop when I am full

5. I went to the river in a bathing suit a couple of weeks ago and it was the first time in my adult life that I felt confident and didn't care how I looked because I felt strong


So, you are right! I have gained so much mentally, spiritually and emotionally in this journey. I personally think I will continue to reign in and count macros and do the 5 day a week lifting program. Especially with the new position at work. “Prior to reaching out to Andrea, I have constantly been battling with my negative relationship with food for years. I have had a history of binging disorder and have always punished myself by under-eating or overexercising if I ever let myself indulge in food that was considered "unhealthy". I looked at myself in the mirror multiple times during the day hating the way I looked.


So I decided to reach out to Andrea because I decided it was time for a change and I was tired of being in this endless cycle of bad dieting. I have been coached by Andreas from July 2019 on and I can definitely recommend him for his professionalism, useful advice, important knowledge and always being available for questions.


He helped me change the way I see my body as well as food although I have been fit and had a relative 'normal' weight. “I learned about Andrea through an IG account I followed.


I was amazed at the person's results going into a body building show. I really wanted to work with him. I reached out the first time, and we weren't able to work together. I reached out a second time, and we were able to connect, and start what I thought was going to be my fast weight loss journey. I have worked with multiple weight loss coaches in the past, and it was always the same.


Macros would be tweaked every week, even if I was making progress. Workouts, and cardio was scheduled 7 days a week. I was encouraged to drink way more water than humanly possible, and by the end of working with them I was frustrated, and didn't have much to show for the hard work. Sure I had lost weight, but within two months of not working with them, I gained it all back, plus more!


Andrea, is not that coach. Let me repeat that, Andrea is not that coach! One he is actually educated. I can't believe how many coaches I used that didn't have any nutrition or physiology education. Andrea does, and it really shows in the way he calculates macros, and workouts. He is slow and steady, preaches about consistency, and the key component…mindset. Mindset has been the key to my process.


Food isn't the enemy, fast weight loss isn't sustainable, eating things you crave is ok! Andrea is so kind, and really cares about his clients. He actually checks in with you on the phone, and absolutely has a positive mindset. He promotes, sleep, rest, positive attitude, sustainable changes, and really helped me see perfection is not the way.


All of these changes, and going super slow with macros helped me lose weight, and the most important part…keeping it off! We don't work out to punish our bodies, we work out to become stronger, we work out for our mental health, and we work out to see how amazing our bodies can actually be. He helped me change the way I see my body as well as food although I have been fit and had a relative 'normal' weight. However, I reached a point where I could actually try a lot and see no actual change. This resulted in frustration and disappointment and to be honest in a vicious cycle of eating clean and exercising to just eating everything that was in front of me.


Andreas helped me clarify how I should deal with my nutrition, what's important and what s not, how to train properly and all of this from a distance


Our weekly feedbacks helped us both be precise about what needs to be done next.


Most importantly, what I appreciated the most is the fact that I didn't feel he hid things or information from me so that I keep being his client and be dependent on him. He gave me the tools to work and be responsible on my own, while he was there to guide my decisions.

"I had the privilege to be coached by Andrea for about 4-5 months.


I already knew how to work with an application like MyFitnessPal. I even aimed on my own before Andrea to "diet". Not knowing that it's not all about calories, but also about the macro ratio, NEAT training & listening to your own body..


He did not only make me accountable for my effort but also gave me freedom to choose wisely my own meals. The first week, he layered the foundation of a healthy "way of eating"; no food group was off limit. For me who was attempting for years to lose +/4-5 kilos and tried Keto/Low Carb/etc. was this an emotional shock that I could eat everything what I wanted, but in order to hit my macro's OR not feel starving, I had to choose wisely.


It was such an relieve to be free from own prison ! I even was allowed to drink alcohol occasionally but calculate them in my macro's and face the consequences. Because alcohol is off-course less filling that oatmeal LOL


Andrea taught me to trust the process, listen to my body, stick to my plan and adjust when needed but not giving up and throw the towel in the ring. Be consistent and not not to aim perfection.


He gave me the confidence to eat carbs, fats and even occasionally alcohol and still see progress. I was never starving. He taught me not to compare my chapter 1 with chapter 12 on social media. Focus on ME! How do I feel, how are my close fit? Do I have more energized? Etc.


However, I had few bumps on the road, life happened and due to my private circumstances I could not continue with the private coaching. Andrea told me in our last conversation to trust my capability, knowledge and effort and keep going. After 1,5 years, I'm still on track and still lay on the basics what Andrea has learned me. I reached my goal and I'm setting new ones.


Despite his seriousness in his field, Andrea is down to earth, great listener, funny, practical, optimistic kind and wise. He unlearned my food anxiety and he's making a difference in world of BS & fit teas LOL

"I came to Andrea wanting change. I was unsatisfied with my external appearance, my body image, my relationship with food. I had many failed attempts at getting "the perfect body" before I met Andrea and I didn't want another yo-yo diet and failed attempt. Unfortunately, we live in a society that wants instant gratification and that gives us a misconstrued notion that everything can be a quick fix. But we all know good things take time. You also made me become RESPONSIBLE for my OWN life, you didn't tell me do this and that (of course you made my plan) but you left me ROOM to do what works for me and to take OWNERSHIP of my own body and find my OWN strength , physical and mental ...in the past I thought i was powerless and I was hopeless and couldn't see the light myself.

"I contacted Andrea in October 2019. I was in a horrible car accident that August which caused me to lose my drive and focus in nutrition and training because I was in so much pain. As you can imagine, lack of exercise and eating mindlessly came with weight gain. At the time Andrea couldn’t take me, but when a spot opened up he emailed me right away. 


I was excited and extremely nervous. I had done Figure competitions, knew how to eat, knew how to train and have had coaches before. But I’ve struggled with compulsive binging and eating disorders since I was a kid. I was afraid I wouldn’t “get it right” or be “perfect.” And as I expressed these fears to Andrea he didn’t just reassure me that I could do it, he listened, empathized, and had compassion for the things I’d been through in my life that lead me to using food as a tool to numb my pain. It was comforting to know I wasn’t alone in what I felt and that he knew exactly what I was feeling because he, too, had been there. 


We started the first week of March 2020 and I had mentally prepared myself for the journey. Excited, nervous, anxious. Then, Covid. And my first thought, “What the HELL am I going to do?” I loved going to the gym. Now I was not only worried I wouldn’t get in my workouts like I wanted, I felt like I wouldn’t see the results like I would without a gym. Nonetheless, Andrea told me not to worry. Told me to do what I can, stay the course, prep my meals, gave me alternatives for certain exercises, keep up your steps in, etc. So I did. 


Just as I started to get into the groove of things, my sisters and I decided to shut down our restaurant. With everything closed, no one wanting to leave their home, we were slow. Very very slow. That made me more anxious. And although I was married and my husband had a great carrier I felt lost. What was I going to do now for income? It was like the Universe just kept knocking me down every time I’d get up. And again, Andrea was there. He reassured me this wouldn’t last forever. He told me to keep myself and health as a focus and everything else would fall into place. So I put my head down and hit the petal full throttle. I was going to use this time to focus on myself. As soon as I let go of the resistance to what was going on in the world and my own personal life, the fat started to fall off. 


Throughout my first cut (and even the ones thereafter) I wasn’t “perfect.” I was consistent. And actually, I hadn’t really binged. I learned that I could get the results I wanted without being extreme. There were no cardios on empty for 45 minutes or just fish and veggies and cutting out everything else that most people deem as “bad.” I got to choose what to eat. Granted, yes, most were nutrient dense foods but I got the variety and flexibility I had longed for and never got. Anytime I felt I was slipping I’d talk to Andrea and he made sure to tell me I was on the right track. He taught me how to trust myself. He taught me that I could go out and not be anxious about what I was going to eat at dinner. He showed me I could get results without being in the gym. He gave me tough love when I needed it but he was always in my corner. I learned how important it is to pay attention to your biofeedback (like, really pay attention), how stress impacts everything, how your hormones work especially as a woman, and how to fit this lifestyle to make it work for me. 


Unfortunately, towards the end of 2020 and beginning of 2021 my life, again, took a turn. I was highly stressed with work (after we decided to reopen our restaurant) but my marriage was falling apart. I tried my absolute best to prep my meals and be as consistent as I had been but it got to a point where Andrea and I decided it would be best to take a break. He told me (something like this), “Christina, sometimes in life things happen that are far more important than losing fat, working out and all that. It’s important to realize these moments, take a step back and handle them as best as we can. If that means that fitness takes a back seat it’s ok. It isn’t the end of the world and it will be here when you get back. And I will be here when you get back.” 


Andrea has given me tools I’ll always take with me. Not the correct macro numbers or specific training programming. Real life tools to use every single day. How to have compassion for myself, how to trust myself and how to come back from something that I thought was gone. He’s not just a coach, he’s become a dear friend and someone I could talk to about so many things, especially at one of the hardest points in my life. He’s been extremely patient and understanding and although we aren’t training now (hopefully we will be soon!), I know if I needed someone he’d be there to listen. He’s one of the best coaches I’ve ever had and I’m eternally grateful for him taking me on as a client and for the guidance he’s given me, not just in fitness, but in life. I am so grateful I came across coach andrea, he is extremely knowledgeable and taught me so much about myself and nutrition. “Before starting with Andrea in November 2015 I followed a strict paleo diet. I was previously very overweight and paleo helped me shed some of this weight but it following this way of eating I could never get lean (being lean with abs was always my dream). I then convinced myself that I would never get any leaner than I was and that having abs was not part of my genetics.


Following the paleo diet was very restrictive on the types of foods I could eat which led to me cutting carbs, sugar & dairy out of my day to day diet and binging on the "forbidden" foods when it was my cheat meals. “My husband first started with Andrea as his coach in 2015. I was not convinced as I thought there was so much admin having to weigh food and count macros. I was totally not interested. But when I saw him losing weight, and getting in shape I got curious and thought - maybe this could work for me too? I always thought cutting out bread and carbs would help me lose weight, and carbs are bad. When I saw him eating all these carbs and not picking up weight - I thought - this is too good to be true. “Hi Andrea, I don't even know where to start. I started your program with no high expectations. I have been struggling to lose some extra fat specially around my belly area. I go to the gym 6x a week and I thought I was eating "healthy" but nothing worked out. I tried low carb diet, low fat diet, high fat diet you name it, NOTHING WORKED! "Thank you for the thoughtful reply. I am laughing a little bit at myself, because my cycle started today. I have told you before I am still learning my body in terms of my cycle, and this time the only thing that showed was moodiness and not feeling perfect with the process, or how my life is going.


It's so hard to gauge everything because my cycle I hadn't had for 15 years, new medication, and this constant pressure I put on myself for being perfect.I think I look at your clients and think woah they must do everything perfect every week, putting in the work, and after hearing your reply, that just isn't true. We can't always be perfect, and you are right this isn't a linear process.


Some positive things I am focusing on


1. I am not emotionally eating

2. I am not binging

3. I have not gained significant amount of weight/fat in this process

4. I now know my hunger cues (this is huge) I eat when I am hungry, and I stop when I am full

5. I went to the river in a bathing suit a couple of weeks ago and it was the first time in my adult life that I felt confident and didn't care how I looked because I felt strong


So, you are right! I have gained so much mentally, spiritually and emotionally in this journey. I personally think I will continue to reign in and count macros and do the 5 day a week lifting program. Especially with the new position at work. "Prior to reaching out to Andrea, I have constantly been battling with my negative relationship with food for years. I have had a history of binging disorder and have always punished myself by under-eating or overexercising if I ever let myself indulge in food that was considered "unhealthy". I looked at myself in the mirror multiple times during the day hating the way I looked.

"I learned about Andrea through an IG account I followed.


I was amazed at the person's results going into a body building show. I really wanted to work with him. I reached out the first time, and we weren't able to work together. I reached out a second time, and we were able to connect, and start what I thought was going to be my fast weight loss journey. I have worked with multiple weight loss coaches in the past, and it was always the same.


Macros would be tweaked every week, even if I was making progress. Workouts, and cardio was scheduled 7 days a week. I was encouraged to drink way more water than humanly possible, and by the end of working with them I was frustrated, and didn't have much to show for the hard work. Sure I had lost weight, but within two months of not working with them, I gained it all back, plus more!


Andrea, is not that coach. Let me repeat that, Andrea is not that coach! One he is actually educated. I can't believe how many coaches I used that didn't have any nutrition or physiology education. Andrea does, and it really shows in the way he calculates macros, and workouts. He is slow and steady, preaches about consistency, and the key component…mindset. Mindset has been the key to my process.


Food isn't the enemy, fast weight loss isn't sustainable, eating things you crave is ok! Andrea is so kind, and really cares about his clients. He actually checks in with you on the phone, and absolutely has a positive mindset. He promotes, sleep, rest, positive attitude, sustainable changes, and really helped me see perfection is not the way.


All of these changes, and going super slow with macros helped me lose weight, and the most important part…keeping it off! We don't work out to punish our bodies, we work out to become stronger, we work out for our mental health, and we work out to see how amazing our bodies can actually be. I really can't express what a great coach Andrea is.

I have been coached by Andreas from July 2019 on and I can definitely recommend him for his professionalism, useful advice, important knowledge and always being available for questions.


He helped me change the way I see my body as well as food although I have been fit and had a relative 'normal' weight. However, I reached a point where I could actually try a lot and see no actual change. "I had the privilege to be coached by Andrea for about 4-5 months.


I already knew how to work with an application like MyFitnessPal. I even aimed on my own before Andrea to "diet". Not knowing that it's not all about calories, but also about the macro ratio, NEAT training & listening to your own body..


He did not only make me accountable for my effort but also gave me freedom to choose wisely my own meals. The first week, he layered the foundation of a healthy "way of eating"; no food group was off limit. For me who was attempting for years to lose +/4-5 kilos and tried Keto/Low Carb/etc. was this an emotional shock that I could eat everything what I wanted, but in order to hit my macro's OR not feel starving, I had to choose wisely.


It was such an relieve to be free from own prison ! I even was allowed to drink alcohol occasionally but calculate them in my macro's and face the consequences. Because alcohol is off-course less filling that oatmeal LOL


Andrea taught me to trust the process, listen to my body, stick to my plan and adjust when needed but not giving up and throw the towel in the ring. Be consistent and not not to aim perfection.


He gave me the confidence to eat carbs, fats and even occasionally alcohol and still see progress. I was never starving. He taught me not to compare my chapter 1 with chapter 12 on social media. Focus on ME! How do I feel, how are my close fit? Do I have more energized? Etc.


However, I had few bumps on the road, life happened and due to my private circumstances I could not continue with the private coaching. Andrea told me in our last conversation to trust my capability, knowledge and effort and keep going. After 1,5 years, I'm still on track and still lay on the basics what Andrea has learned me. I reached my goal and I'm setting new ones.


Despite his seriousness in his field, Andrea is down to earth, great listener, funny, practical, optimistic kind and wise. He unlearned my food anxiety and he's making a difference in world of BS & fit teas LOL

Prior to working with him, I had been working out for a number of years on and off with personal trainers however I always lacked the knowledge behind understanding my macros and how that can affect my weight loss/fat loss goals. Even though we live across the globe from each other, Andrea was easy to work with and very friendly. We would have weekly check ins via whatsapp and also via email with pictures. He held me accountable to ensure I reached my macro goals each week and didn't go off track. "I came to Andrea wanting change. I was unsatisfied with my external appearance, my body image, my relationship with food. I had many failed attempts at getting "the perfect body" before I met Andrea and I didn't want another yo-yo diet and failed attempt. I contacted Andrea in October 2019. I was in a horrible car accident that August which caused me to lose my drive and focus in nutrition and training because I was in so much pain. As you can imagine, lack of exercise and eating mindlessly came with weight gain. At the time Andrea couldn’t take me, but when a spot opened up he emailed me right away. 


I was excited and extremely nervous. I had done Figure competitions, knew how to eat, knew how to train and have had coaches before. But I’ve struggled with compulsive binging and eating disorders since I was a kid. I was afraid I wouldn’t “get it right” or be “perfect.” And as I expressed these fears to Andrea he didn’t just reassure me that I could do it, he listened, empathized, and had compassion for the things I’d been through in my life that lead me to using food as a tool to numb my pain. It was comforting to know I wasn’t alone in what I felt and that he knew exactly what I was feeling because he, too, had been there. 


We started the first week of March 2020 and I had mentally prepared myself for the journey. Excited, nervous, anxious. Then, Covid. And my first thought, “What the HELL am I going to do?” I loved going to the gym. Now I was not only worried I wouldn’t get in my workouts like I wanted, I felt like I wouldn’t see the results like I would without a gym. Nonetheless, Andrea told me not to worry. Told me to do what I can, stay the course, prep my meals, gave me alternatives for certain exercises, keep up your steps in, etc. So I did. 


Just as I started to get into the groove of things, my sisters and I decided to shut down our restaurant. With everything closed, no one wanting to leave their home, we were slow. Very very slow. That made me more anxious. And although I was married and my husband had a great carrier I felt lost. What was I going to do now for income? It was like the Universe just kept knocking me down every time I’d get up. And again, Andrea was there. He reassured me this wouldn’t last forever. He told me to keep myself and health as a focus and everything else would fall into place. So I put my head down and hit the petal full throttle. I was going to use this time to focus on myself. As soon as I let go of the resistance to what was going on in the world and my own personal life, the fat started to fall off. 


Throughout my first cut (and even the ones thereafter) I wasn’t “perfect.” I was consistent. And actually, I hadn’t really binged. I learned that I could get the results I wanted without being extreme. There were no cardios on empty for 45 minutes or just fish and veggies and cutting out everything else that most people deem as “bad.” I got to choose what to eat. Granted, yes, most were nutrient dense foods but I got the variety and flexibility I had longed for and never got. Anytime I felt I was slipping I’d talk to Andrea and he made sure to tell me I was on the right track. He taught me how to trust myself. He taught me that I could go out and not be anxious about what I was going to eat at dinner. He showed me I could get results without being in the gym. He gave me tough love when I needed it but he was always in my corner. I learned how important it is to pay attention to your biofeedback (like, really pay attention), how stress impacts everything, how your hormones work especially as a woman, and how to fit this lifestyle to make it work for me. 


Unfortunately, towards the end of 2020 and beginning of 2021 my life, again, took a turn. I was highly stressed with work (after we decided to reopen our restaurant) but my marriage was falling apart. I tried my absolute best to prep my meals and be as consistent as I had been but it got to a point where Andrea and I decided it would be best to take a break. He told me (something like this), “Christina, sometimes in life things happen that are far more important than losing fat, working out and all that. It’s important to realize these moments, take a step back and handle them as best as we can. If that means that fitness takes a back seat it’s ok. It isn’t the end of the world and it will be here when you get back. And I will be here when you get back.” 


Andrea has given me tools I’ll always take with me. Not the correct macro numbers or specific training programming. Real life tools to use every single day. How to have compassion for myself, how to trust myself and how to come back from something that I thought was gone. He’s not just a coach, he’s become a dear friend and someone I could talk to about so many things, especially at one of the hardest points in my life. He’s been extremely patient and understanding and although we aren’t training now (hopefully we will be soon!), I know if I needed someone he’d be there to listen. He’s one of the best coaches I’ve ever had and I’m eternally grateful for him taking me on as a client and for the guidance he’s given me, not just in fitness, but in life. I am less than 12 weeks out 🙃 so close yet so far away.


I am so grateful I came across coach Andrea, he is extremely knowledgeable and taught me so much about myself and nutrition. I had found myself stuck and not being able to make progress with my fitness journey and decided to make a change during Covid. I began my journey by doing a once off training program designed for me by coach. Within 3 months I saw results that I did not expect. Unfortunately, life got crazy and I stoped working on myself. After a few months, I reached out to Coach Andrea once again and worked with him one on one for about 8 months. I have always been paranoid by the scale but within those eight months there was little change to the scale and very noticeable change to my body. With coach’s guidance I notice my body recomposition and I  was very happy and confident with the changes I was seeing. He taught me so much about what my body needed in order to change. I got pregnant through my journey with coach and he was able to guide me through my pregnancy as well. Once again, coach is so knowledge I guarantee you will learn so much about nutrition, training, and yourself. I’m currently not working with him but am excited to work with him once I get cleared from my doctor after giving birth.  He is the best!!

I am truly grateful to have connected with Andrea. I learnt a lot during the time that we worked together and felt like I could tell him anything about the way I was feeling and he would give me support, advice and be the best motivator. He taught me so much about my body, especially about my hormones and how my body responded to nutrition, stress, training stress and about my own unique physiology.


He taught me the art of patience, how not to rush a females body and how important going slow would be for my metabolism and hormonal health, and due to that I'm in a healthy metabolic and hormonal place.

I have that freedom now where I not scared of food no more, and found peace with food, nutrition and training. I now have all tools now to use for life and a little bird on my shoulder whispering that everything will be okay when life happens because I know how to hand things so much better.


One of the biggest things I have taken away from this is that we don't have to be perfect, even if you try be it never will be. Rightly so! My focus has shifted with this lesson being learnt. Started working with Andrea's in October 2021. I knew what I wanted but I was afraid I wouldn't be able to stick with the plan and reach my goals.


Andrea said to me to think about for a few days to be 100% sure. From this point I knew he was the right coach, he didn't try ouch me into it. I knew he wasn't in it for the money. He is genuinely in it to help his clients because he cares. We started working together and he made me feel like I was more than just a client. He's a friend, someone with your best interests at heart. If you are looking for someone to give you short fast diets and change then Andrea is not the coach for you. He is straight up and will remind you that consistency is key. There is no secret to fat loss and body composition. It's consistency and he makes it enjoyable.

After following @greek_spartan on instagram for 5 years, I truly saw how much he cared about his clients and having them achieve their goals in a sustainable, healthy way. I read testimonial after testimonial, saw client results and all his posts and felt that he would be a perfect fit to have as a coach. I had been going to the gym for 10 years at that time and loving it - fitness has been a passion of mine for a long time. However, I never thought I could trust someone off of instagram to hire as a coach.


Now after working with Andrea for just under 6 months, I can truly say he is one of the best. Before working with Andrea, I was in a constant cycle of “lose 10-15 pounds, binge, gain 10-15 pounds”. It felt like my life was a constant diet and weight struggle. I never felt happy or content with my body no matter what and always worried that I wouldn’t have a healthy relationship with food. That’s where Andrea came in; he fixed my mentality of how I view food and eating whether I was cutting or on vacation. Working with Andrea as my coach for the past 3.5 years is the best decision I ever made for my fitness goals. I was lost, constantly yo-yo dieting and never seeing the results I wanted to see. I had zero knowledge or understanding of science behind fat loss and muscle gain, just that I had an all-or-nothing mindset when it came to cardio and dieting.

I have been following Andrea and his spartan Nutrition Instagram page for a number of years and have always been impressed by his client transformations, his depth of knowledge and his obvious passion for education in the nutrition space.

Here is my testimonial and feedback from our 1:1 coaching: I‘ve been following Andrea a couple of years now and I always loved the helpful info he posted. No bullshit, simply the truth. Also the transformation pics of his clients were inspiring and after first signing for the AP Fitness app for a while, I then decided to apply for 1:1 coaching with Andrea as I got stuck and needed guidance; someone who will correct my mistakes and give answers to all my questions and doubts.
